ok im kinda embarrassed now,cos most of the posts are by the sec 4s and mostly mostly by rachel(except one by christine) and i erm...am posting...???yeah.i sort of got bored, so i decided to post!yay(:
anyways, CONGRATULATIONS TO MGSE FOR BEING CHOSEN TO PERFORM FOR THE SYF NIGHT(is that what its called?)!!! i can still feel the excitement i felt when i first heard the news!!!!!
i think we really deserve to be chosen, because i feel all of us really, really put in a LOT of effort! and the committee and the section leaders especially put in extra extra effort to bring the ensemble together as an.. ENSEMBLE!(i.e. thanks to jia ying, we answered the "ENSEMBBBBB!!!!!!what do you want to get for SYF???" a million times and thanks to rachel, we listened to a lot of *ahem* "prep talks"/"inspirational talks"! and.....thanks to jia ying(again) and hui xian, we actually did our duty, and thanks to ze hwee and xi yun, we didn't lose that many scores!)
yupp. also, i think the Gold we got was a blessing in disguise, cos after the disappointment, the joy(of the news) was double the amount! imagine we got Gold with Honours, i dont think we would have been so happy with the fact that we were chosen to perform at the Esplanade. we would probably have taken the opportunity for granted.
ok i think im boring everyone to death, so i shall stop writing more nonsense,but i want to say...
