Hi everyone!This is my absolutely first post ever on a blog... never even tagged a blog in my 15 years of living...So now that i've FINALLY learnt this art of blogging., I can update you all on impt information AND have idle chit chat with you... ;DNow that EOYs are over for us, perhaps now we can dedicate just a little bit more time to strings matters, yeah? Make our seniors proud at what we can achieve:)Ok firstly, for sounds of hope, everyone has to sell 4 tickets, which totals to $80. It seems like a lot, but if you get people to buy, you'll get your money back:D so take that as an incentive! Those who have bought 4 tickets or more already (from the class orders), it is not compulsory for you all to sell, but if you can, that would be great! Please please put in effort to sell! After all this is for the children of cancer patients, and we all like happy children don't we????On to practices, there will be rehearsal this wednesday and friday. On wednesday, rehearsal is from 2.30pm to 5.30pm. Those who are playing with the choir have to stay until 5.30pm, and those who aren't can leave at 4. On friday, rehearsal is from 2.30pm to 5.30pm. The SBC students have to attend the wonderful "presenting science" thing, so there will be sectionals from 2.30pm to 4pm, then combined from 4pm to 5.30pm. If we practise hard and play well, maybe you can go home early!Hope to see you all at rehearsal! This is our last concert for the year, so lets make it AWESOME!!!Cheerios!Xi Yun
